Incorrect Shipping Information

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been placed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@shoppawnestpets.com.

We may ask you to check with the shipping carrier, neighbors, household members, or your local delivery location before further action can be taken.

PawNest Co. is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you find a solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Multiple Shipments
